Returns and Refunds

Do you want to exchange or return your purchase? We're here to help! You have up to 14 days after receiving the delivery to return or exchange your purchase. Please ensure that the items are unworn and unwashed, have the tags attached, and are in suitable condition for resale. Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily by following the steps below:

NOTE:

For items purchased during the sale, Moonah Mae does not offer the option to return them for a refund. These items can only be exchanged for other items or for store credit.

Step 1:
Contact us by sending an email to hello@moonahmae.com and let us know if you want to return or exchange. We will promptly send you our return form.

Step 2:
Complete the return form and include it in your package. Clearly indicate which items you want to return and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange. Ensure that returned items are unworn and unwashed, have tags attached, and are in a saleable condition.

Step 3:
Choose a carrier of your choice and return the package to us within 14 days of the delivery date.

Step 4:
Once we receive your return in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 business days. Our returns department will keep you informed of the status of your return via email.

Please note that our packages are processed from our central warehouse in Asia or Europe. While we offer free shipping, we do not reimburse the return shipping cost.

Step 5:
If a customer refuses to accept the package upon delivery, an additional fee of €15 will be charged.
