Shipping Policy

Delivery Time:
1.1. Upon placing an order, we require 1-3 business days to process it. During weekdays, processing takes one business day, but if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take slightly longer.

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped, and the average delivery time is 7-15 business days. We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as seamless as possible for our customers. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact our customer service. Below, we explain how your order is processed and delivered.

Placing an Order:
Ordering at Moonah Mae is as simple as possible. First, go to the product page and add the desired product to your shopping cart. Click on the black "Add to Cart" button.

It's crucial to check if you've selected the correct variants. If everything is in order, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" box. On the information page, enter the correct address details. Ensure all information is accurate. Once filled in correctly, click on the "Proceed to Shipping" button.

On the "Shipping" page, you can review the address details you entered. It's highlighted that each shipment is entirely free of charge. As a token of our appreciation for our customers, we cover all shipping and delivery costs. You can proceed by clicking on the "Proceed to Payment" box.

For payment options, choose from various secure methods, all SSL-encrypted on Moonah Mae:

  • Credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)
  • PayPal
  • Ideal
  • EPS
After selecting the appropriate payment method, click on the "Complete Order" box, and you'll be redirected to your chosen payment method. Follow the instructions on this page to complete your order. In the unlikely event of any issues with your order, you can always contact us.

Shipping Costs:
We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are 100% shipped free of charge, with no minimum order quantity required.

Shipping Your Order:
Found the perfect look or accessory on our website? We make sure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

To offer fair prices for our products, we choose to collect packages in large quantities and ship them all at once once we reach our minimum quantity. We hope for your understanding and willingness to help us create a better and healthier world.

We guarantee a track & trace code so the customer can monitor the progress of their order.

Note:
In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few business days due to delays, strikes, breaks, periods of high demand at the post office, in short, situations beyond our control.

The store guarantees the delivery of the order. All products are sent with free online tracking.

1.2. Safe Shipping:
"If the product is delayed and not delivered within 50 business days after shipping, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded on that date."

Please note: You might receive more than one package as your products may come from different suppliers and/or different central warehouses. So, if you receive one item first and then another, there's no need to worry; it's entirely normal.

1.3. Order Tracking:
Products are shipped by PostNL or another carrier, and there will always be a track & trace code for the customer to monitor the delivery progress. Moonah Mae commits to instructing the customer on how to track their order. The track & trace code will be sent to your email once it is available to Moonah Mae, usually within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

Terms and Conditions (Caution):

2.1. Careful with Order Address:
Moonah Mae ensures products are shipped to the address requested by the customer. To avoid obstacles in the delivery of your order, we ask you to be attentive when entering the address where you want to receive your order.

2.2. Recipient Absence:
Ensure someone is present at the address to receive your products. The carrier makes up to two attempts to deliver the products. If there's no one present at the delivery address during any of these attempts, the package will be taken to the post office closest to the address. In this case, the recipient will need to pick up the package at the post office within a period of 7 consecutive days. If the recipient does not retrieve the package, according to the rules of PostNL or Bpost, it will be returned to the sender, and the cost of re-shipping will be borne by the recipient.

All data related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the post office where the recipient should pick up the package in case of absence, will be recorded in the order tracking, which can be followed on the website.

2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
Moonah Mae is not responsible for incorrectly or incompletely filling in the destination address of orders placed in the store. In the case of an incorrect or incomplete address, according to the rules of the post office, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

"If the delivery does not take place due to a difference in the address provided by the customer or if the product is not picked up at the post office or service center, Moonah Mae has the right to return the products or resend them, with the costs incurred being the responsibility of the recipient."
